NSF Graduate Research Fellowship Program Writing Workshop

This writing workshop will include best practices for crafting the National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship personal, relevant background, and future goals statement.

The National Scholarship Office (NSO) is offering several programs this spring to introduce the National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellowship and help interested students tackle their applications with confidence.

The National Science Foundation (NSF) Graduate Research Fellowship (GRF) seeks to broaden participation in science, engineering, and relevant social sciences of underrepresented groups, including women, minorities, persons with disabilities, and veterans.

Fellowships provide the student with a three-year annual stipend of $37,000 along with a $12,000 cost of education allowance for tuition and fees (paid to the institution). Seniors, recent graduates, and first-year graduate students are encouraged to apply.
