Wednesdays in The Workshop: Accessibility Series: Design of Assistive Technology

Assistive technologies are often thought of as devices that only support people with disabilities. However some of our most useful tools, such as auto focus camera functions, speech-to-text and even the potato peeler have come from the development of assistive technologies.

This workshop is a crash course on design methods and principles for assistive technology followed by a mini-group hackathon. Guest are encouraged to bring their own laptop to participate.
