Wind Down Wednesday: Zoom Meditation (Students)

Exams are stressful. We invite you to take a moment for self care, a deep breath, and enjoy some relaxation amidst your hard work. Tune in for a 30 minute Meditation, Breathe and Stretch session, instructed by Brittany Potter. Brittany is an advanced Reiki practitioner and a certified Temple Body Artist. This session will focus on mindful meditation, calming breathing, and easy stretching techniques suitable for all ages.
