2016 Undergraduate Symposium

Richmond, VA (November 30, 2016) - Hats off to the award-winning presenters at the 2016 Undergraduate Research Symposium! Researchers presented posters at the event on Nov. 22. The symposium was open to undergraduate students from the VCU School of Engineering, including Dean’s Undergraduate Research Initiative (DURI) scholars.

 

1st Place:

2nd Place:
Pulkit Rustgi, “Android secure and similar application recommendation and analysis”
Mentor: Carl Fung, Ph.D.


3rd Place:
Zachary Ratliff, “A study on the size and shape factors of microscopic particles”
Mentor: Ibrahim Guven, Ph.D.
