Ram B. Gupta, Ph.D., associate dean for faculty research development at VCU College of Engineering and a professor in the Department of Chemical and Life Science Engineering, was a keynote speaker at the 8th annual Global Conference on Global Warming held April 22-25, 2019, in Doha, Qatar.

The conference, organized by Qatar University’s College of Engineering, provided a forum for researchers to exchange information and present new policies and scientific progress for enhancing sustainable development and energy security.

Gupta spoke about past innovations in energy technologies and future clean energy.
