VCU College of Engineeirng Alumni Council
The Mission
The mission of VCU College of Engineering Alumni Council is to foster a lifelong connection between the College and its alumni, promoting a legacy of pride and loyalty. We aim to provide a supportive network for professional growth, networking, and inspire service to the College and Community. We are committed to inspiring alumni participation that advances the College's & University’s goals, enhances its reputation, and enriches the lives of the students in conjunction with leadership.
The Vision
The VCU College of Engineering Alumni Council envisions a vibrant community of alumni who are passionately engaged in the life of the College, contributing to its growth and supporting its mission to educate the next generation of innovators and leaders.
Membership Guidelines
- Eligibility: Membership in the Engineering Alumni council shall be open to all graduates of Virginia Commonwealth University with at least a minor or further degrees from the College of Engineering.
- Terms: Members shall serve staggered terms of 3 years, with the option for reappointment for unlimited terms.
- Responsibilities: Members are expected to actively participate in Alumni Council meetings, events, and initiatives, as well as contribute their time, expertise, and resources to furthering the goals of the organization.
