Want to attend a regional Career Fair, but not sure how? Here's a great chance to travel to attend the BEYA STEM conference & career fair with VCU Engr Career Services! The BEYA conference is a diversity in STEM focused career fair. 

Join Engr Career Services for the BEYA Conference on February 13th - 16th at the Baltimore Convention Center. We will leave on Thursday, Feb 13th at 5:30 pm and return to campus Sunday the 16th around 1:00 pm.

Why should you go?

Prestigious companies in aerospace, biotech, and the US government agencies participate. Interviews usually occur during the conference and job offers are often made within 2 weeks. Recruiting for jobs, internships & co-op's.

To attend with VCU there is a $125 non-refundable registration fee which includes:

+ Registration for the two-day conference,
+ Both the in-person fair and the virtual fair,
+ Transportation to and from the conference,
+ Hotel accommodations for 3 nights, 2 students per room,
+ Workshops and networking opportunities.

Payment is due no later than Wednesday, January 17th, by 3 pm to Engineering Career Services. A payment link will be sent to you once you are accepted. Limited financial assistance is available.

To participate, you must apply at the link below, and answer all questions on the form. Space is limited and students will be selected by Engr Career Services based on registration form responses, school year, major, GPA, etc.
