How's it work? Take note of which employers are interviewing the day after the fair and apply to their jobs of interest before the fair. Approach their table at the fair, give your pitch, engage in productive conversation, and politely ask to be interviewed the next day ("Do you have any slots available for Interview Day tomorrow? I'm really interested in your company."). That's it!
