I chose 6 companies to talk to at the career fair, signed up for virtual meeting times, and researched those companies... I think something that I had going for me during these meetings is that I was able to describe my passion for my subject area and wish to learn more well in words. I ended up getting an interview with 4 of the companies I spoke with and after a couple of interviews with one the Federal Reserve Bank of Richmond I was offered a position there... If you know the company, you know the position, and you know yourself going into an interview you will be successful.
