VCU Engineering’s dean is in the news. Barbara D. Boyan, Ph.D., the Alice T. and William H. Goodwin Jr. Dean of the VCU College of Engineering, was interviewed by Richmond Times-Dispatch reporter Michael Martz for an article about university partnerships with the Commonwealth Center for Advanced Manufacturing (CCAM).
Boyan is on the board of CCAM, whose mission is to bring together research universities and industry to solve challenges in advanced manufacturing technologies critical to Virginia’s economy.
