This virtual career fair will allow you to exclusively engage with VCU’s career-ready graduate students (Masters, Ph.D.), and PostDocs from the following engineering disciplines:

Chemical & Life Science Engineering
Computer Science
Electrical & Computer Engineering
Mechanical & Nuclear Engineering

We’ve partnered with Handshake to create a Career Fair that provides employers with a strategic and highly flexible experience. Here's how it works:

Create your own recruiting schedule. Schedule as many student conversations as you’d like or add in an information session. Don't want to use 1:1 sessions? Create back-to-back Group Sessions to function like a Drop-In room. Your recruiting schedule is completely up to you.
Students sign up in advance for appointment slots. Because students sign up before the event, you will be able to view their resumes ahead of time and prepare for your conversation.
Instantly download student resumes. As soon as a student requests an appointment with your company their resume is immediately accessible to you.
Stay in contact after the fair. Unlimited student messaging is available through the Handshake app for any students you meet with during the virtual fair.
