For the Fall 2024 semester, we will host an on-campus Internship and Career Fair and an Interview Day. Participate in both events to maximize your time and connect with career-ready VCU engineers.
Internship & Career Fair

Location: Engineering Research Building | 401 West Main Street, Richmond, VA
Cost: $650

*Please note: The students attending the VCU College of Engineering Career Fair are engineering and computer science majors. By registering for this Career Fair, you agree that the positions you are recruiting for are best suited for these students. *VCU College of Engineering does not offer a degree program in Civil Engineering*
Interview Day
Date: September 26, 2024
Time: 10 a.m. - 3 p.m.
Location: Engineering Research Building | 70 S. Madison St, Richmond, VA
Cost: $150 to your Career Fair registration
This event is designed as an extension of our Career Fair and will help you effectively interview students you met at the Career Fair. Participating in the Interview Day sets you up for success because:
- It's effective: On-campus interviewing is one of the most effective recruiting methods
- It's easy: Interviewing on campus allows you to easily connect with multiple students in one day
- It's convenient for students: Students are drawn to companies that interview on campus because it offers them flexible timing and a convenient location
- It's economical: Participation in the On-campus Interview Day is only an additional $150 add-on to your Career Fair registration and parking, coffee, and lunch are provided
- It increases brand awareness: Participation in the Interview Day will help brand your organization as an employer of choice for VCU engineers
To register for the Interview Day, please select the “On-campus Interview Room for 9/26/24” add-on as part of your Career Fair registration.

- Create an account or log into Handshake.
- Once logged in, add Virginia Commonwealth University to your list of schools.
- Click 'fairs' on the side of the page.
- Search for the ‘VCU Engineering Internship and Career Fair - Fall 2024’ and follow the link to complete your registration.
